1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping normally takes 7-12 business days from the time of your order.

You can find out the status of your order and track it once at " Order Inquiry" on our online store.
3. My item is out of stock. What do I do?
Feel free to come into our store for any replacement items you might like. You can either reply to any e-mail we have sent you with the names of the new items or ask help with our Live person.
4. I am entering my credit card information in correctly, but i've received an e-mail stating my order was declined. What should I do?
Please make sure that the name and billing address on your credit card matches the one that you give us when you make your order.
Do not make any abbreviations on this billing address. Meanwhile make sure your AVS number (security code on the back) is correct. If this does not work, please try another credit card.

Return Policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).
Refunds will be credited to original credit card only or paypal. Shipping is not refundable.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of our company. We only refund up to the price of "EMS" shipping.
The most importance : Pls contact us for the return address befor you sent back the package,and you must info us the tracking number and tracking link in time ,if there is no return tracking number, we will not give refund or replace.
